The Centralign Blocker

The Centralign Blocker is a semi-automatic, spin type, contact lens centring or blocking machine. The patented "Cone Centring Device" simply and accurately centers the lens blank to the chuck. The cone centring device is held on a precision ball bearing slide assembly which is brought forward to the spinning lens blank by lowering the weighted actuation arm. Air comes on automatically to cool the lens. The solid state timer is used to set cycle times. The Centralign Blocker's ease of use provides prism free blocking with limited operator training and no skill requirements.
